Named after the dialectal term “conzare,” meaning to season food, arrange, and set the table, Konza embodies Monica and Saro’s vision of ‘seasoning food and setting the table.’ Their journey in the restaurant industry started years ago, stemming from prior experience in a Ragusa lodging facility.
