As a married couple both raised in London with Lebanese heritage, the owners envisioned a space that harmoniously blended their love for traditional cuisine with their passion for sneakers in its decor. With a focus on creating a unique atmosphere, they established distinct areas within their establishment, including a rooftop garden terrace, a private pink room, and a bearbrick seating area. These diverse spaces offer guests the opportunity to experience different vibes and cater to various occasions.

Their sister company, OffGrid, located in Westfield London and Knightsbridge, is a luxury sneaker store renowned for offering the most exclusive footwear. Drawing inspiration from this, they incorporated elements of sneaker culture into their restaurant concept, evident in features such as the floral sneaker tree and floating bearbricks.
