Spread across three levels, the restaurant provides various seating options to suit any occasion. Guests can choose from the relaxed ground-floor bar with its cosy sofas, the first-floor dining room with a balcony, or the upper terrace, where meals are enjoyed with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Chef Patron Shawn Borg, the son of a butcher and a passionate amateur fisherman, is dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients both locally and internationally.
