Tal-Familja Restaurant serves Mediterranean, Maltese and Italian cuisine. All food produced is sourced locally from markets and suppliers, like the fisherman who brings the best of his daily catch, which ensures the freshest available to the loyal customers.
With regards to food, as pre-starters you are served with a plate of traditional Maltese titbits –accompanied by piping hot, fresh from the oven, mini bread rolls, with a perfect crust, silky middle and a dish of yummy, infused with herbs.
Make a choice from an all-scrumptious list which includes Gozo fried cheese, fresh oysters, homemade pasta ,carpaccio di pesce, rabbit liver, our famous shellfish soup and, a mixed dishes of shellfish which includes prawns, sea dates, white bait, mussels, clams, octopus, calamari and other shellfish goodies. As for the main courses it specializes in fish and for those who do not like fish they can choose from duck, chicken breast, veal, prime steer beef fillet steak or other authentic Maltese dishes like Rabbit, Lamb, and Bragioli (beef olives).
The dessert trolley also offers many a mouth-watering homemade, calorific delight. Choose from multitude of different gateaux, fresh fruit salad and ice-creams, banoffee cake, crème caramel, meringue and cheesecake.\
